Although we'll be accepting toy donations through December 13th, we'd love for y'all to come to our FREE Cocoa & Cookies with Santa on Saturday, November 16th, 10am-noon, at the Rockhounds Stadium. We'll be collecting toys at this event!

Veterans Celebration
Join us and Mil2Civ.org and the Permian Warrior Partnership for a memorable day, including a 5K adventure, a traditional ceremony to honor our local veterans, and a speech from Army Ranger Hall of Famer Dr. Jeff Struecker. Explore job and resource opportunities available to veterans in the Permian Basin.
Veterans Day 5K Celebration
Calling all Veterans and families to come join us on Saturday November 9th. We are proud to present a FREE 1K/5K hosted by Midland College in honor of Veterans Day. The event will begin from the Helen Greathouse Children's Center parking lot. Participants should arrive at leave 15-20 minutes before the race begins. Please complete a registration for each person participating using link below.
Midland College will be hosting a Veterans Day Ceremony and Resource/Job Fair following the race in the Midland College PE building. We would love to have you attend.
2nd Annual Festival of Trees
Come experience the excitement of the holidays as you walk through a room full of beautifully decorated Christmas trees. Place your raffle tickets in the tree (or trees) that you would like to win and you could be taking home a decorated tree with some surprises underneath!! Message us if you would be interested in sponsoring the event, donating a decorated tree or a Silent Auction item. All proceeds used to help elderly or adults with disabilities who are abused or neglected.

2nd Annual Veterans Benefit Clay Shoot
Project 214 is a local veteran non-profit that is looking for sponsors for their annual clay shoot. This fundraiser allows them to plan and fund veteran outdoor therapy programs, mentorship and support, and volunteer opportunities for the next year. This group serves those still in service, recently transitioned, as well as those who have been out for many years. Most importantly this group works exclusively in the Permian basin and neighboring New Mexico areas. As far as They are the only 100% direct support veterans group in the Permian. Power of the Purse

We will kick off the day at Astound stadium from 8am to 9:45am with free breakfast, free t-shirts, freebies from community partners, live music, speakers Mayor Lori Blong and Dr. Stephanie Howard, along with kids’ activities such as jumpers, face painting, axe throwing, and so much more. At 9:45am, volunteers will head to the community service project that have signed up for and volunteer from 10:00am to 12:00pm!

The tragedies of 9/11 are something we will never forget as a nation. 411 first responders died on that tragic day trying to save those who could not save themselves. The Tall City 9/11 Memorial Stair Climb is a way to honor those first responders and make certain that we never forget. The ultimate sacrifice was made by those fire, police, and EMS personnel and we climb because they climbed.
After we spend time memorializing those 411 first responders, PFAM will host a street concert downtown to spend time celebrating our current first responders and those who have laid down their lives. This family-friendly event will be held downtown and will feature live music , food, drinks, and entertainment for kids. Concert featuring the Carly Pearce.

We're thrilled to share that our casino night was a huge success! Your continued support has allowed us to make a significant impact on the lives of children in the Permian Basin for the past 30 years, and we cannot thank you enough for your generosity.
As we move into 2024, we're happy to report that the Permian Basin is returning to business as usual, and we're excited to do the same! We're confident this year will be fantastic, and we can't wait to see what it holds. Our board and advisory staff are delighted to announce that we'll be "teeing it up" again on July 19th and 20th at Hogan Park Golf Course!
Your contributions, whether individual or corporate, are vital to our efforts to support the children who need it most. We promise to do everything we can to make the event worthwhile for you in every way possible.
