Holiday Stress and Empathic Burnout
Date & Time November 21st 7:30 PM – 9:30 PM
Location: Earth, Body, & Soul
✨ The holiday season can be overwhelming for everyone, but for empaths, the emotional demands and energetic intensity can lead to burnout. Join us for an insightful and supportive evening designed to help you recognize, manage, and prevent empathic burnout during the holidays.
In this session, we’ll explore:
- Understanding Empathic Burnout: Learn what empathic burnout looks like and how it can sneak up on you during high-stress periods like the holidays.
- Balancing Holiday Obligations: Discuss strategies for maintaining your energy while juggling holiday commitments, family, and social gatherings.
- Protective Practices: Explore techniques for shielding yourself from emotional overload, including grounding, energy-clearing, and mindful self-care.
- Emotional Recovery Tools: Learn how to recharge and restore your emotional well-being when you start to feel drained.
This event offers a compassionate space to connect with other empaths who are navigating the same challenges. Whether you're feeling the pressure of family expectations, gift shopping, or large gatherings, you’ll leave with practical tools to keep your emotional health in check.
