NURTURE ME BIRTH SERVICES | CHILDBIRTH EDUCATION CLASS
Join a small group of couples ready to learn all you need to know to have your best possible birth here in the Permian Basin! Their class is fun, interactive, and FULL of evidence-based information about everything including hospital interventions. You'll get hands-on teaching and opportunities to practice relaxation and positioning for labor. You will finish class feeling educated, empowered, and at peace about your upcoming birth!

Mom's Night Out: Birth Stories
Birth Stories Night takes place every other month on the last Friday of the month. We will gather to share our stories and hear other women’s journey. All stories welcome.
We want you to come share in motherhood, sisterhood, and to be a part of our beautiful community! We cannot wait to have you join us! Free event and open to all women. Light snacks provided. Non-mobile babies are welcome to join.

An Evening at Anthus with Kelley Heiligenthal
We are thrilled to announce that Kalley Heiligenthal is coming back to Anthus on Tuesday, May 7th for an evening of worship, encouragement, and prayer.
Kalley will be leading a time of acoustic worship, sharing a message, and ending the night with ministry and prayer. If you missed our event when she was here last April, don't miss this one! To learn more about her, you can visit her website here.
Refreshments will be provided, and lap babies are welcome to join. Men, too! This event is open for all women and men. Space is limited, so don't wait to get your ticket!
Tickets: For this event we are offering at 3-tiered donation registration. We ask that you would donate what you are able in order for us to abundantly bless Kalley and cover the costs for the event.
Raffle: Before the event begins, there will be time for you to enter raffles for some AMAZING products and services from local businesses, and we're so excited for you to see them! The raffle is for attendees only.

Newborn Baby Care Class
Newborn Baby Care Class
The newborn baby care class will cover all things baby from bathing, diaper changes, and feeding to how infants physiologically adjust to life after birth. We'll also discuss common infant concerns such as how to care for diaper rash, signs of umbilical stump infections, and how to watch for allergies as your little one begins transitioning to solid foods later in their first year. This class is an educational class with the goal of addressing common, healthy baby concerns so you can grow confidently with your little one in the season of early parenthood.
You only need to buy one ticket if you are attending with your partner.
This will be a monthly class hosted by Anthus and led by Amanda Bartlett, BSN, RN, CLC, who also serves as our Postpartum Empowerment Coach and Postpartum Support Group leader.

If you’ve been to our Christmas party before, you know just how magical our Santa is. Even the adults have a hard time not believing he’s the real deal! Santa will be here for pictures from 5:30-7:30pm. Professional photos are optional, provided by Kayla Barker Photography for $75.

This Prenatal Yoga class occurs bi-weekly on Wednesdays and is open to the public! Your instructor, Summer, will guide you through simple poses designed to help mom and baby/babies through pregnancy. The goal is to help you build strength and flexibility while slowing down and connecting with other moms in the same season of life. This can be a really special time for you and your baby. Please bring a mat and a blanket or towel (for added support), and any other necessary props will be provided. No previous yoga experience is necessary. Summer will keep the poses gentle and always offer modifications.

HerScan Early Breast Cancer Screening
We're excited to be teaming up with HerScan Ultrasound again to offer breast cancer ultrasound screening. It's not a mammogram and is quick and painless! Ultrasound can see things mammograms cannot, and this is a great option for early detection. All tests are read by a Board Certified Radiologist. Pre-registration is required.

Express Childbirth Class with Clarity Doula & Massage Services
Clarity Doula & Massage Services will be hosting a group Express Childbirth Class at Anthus! This one-day course is designed for the extra busy couple! Topics covered include basic nutrition and exercise to stay healthy and low-risk, what to expect during labor, epidurals, and cesarean section, coping techniques and comfort measures, and writing a birth plan. The course runs 7 hours with a one-hour lunch break.
