Somatic Breathwork & Cacao Ceremony

In our sacred space, we invite you to set a powerful intention to heal the past, allowing lessons to pave the way for new possibilities in the future. During this 2 hour ceremony you will liberate trapped emotions, heal traumas, and rewire your brain through subconscious reprogramming. Your breath lead the way, bringing healing and growth. While the Cacao opens your heart, promotes acceptance and gratitude, and provides a spiritual connection.
Somatic breath-work aims to improve emotional and mental well-being by affecting the autonomic nervous system (ANS) through intentional breathing exercises, it brings conscious awareness to the places where our body has contracted around painful emotions that have yet to be processed.

Unprocessed emotions bring about dis-ease.

Ultimately it brings deeper sense of connection to our mind and body.

Raw cacao is one of the most pharmacologically complex substances on the planet. It’s been used for thousands of years in ceremonial settings.

It’s been proven to enhance mood.

Cacao is a great heart opener, promoting acceptance and gratitude, that provides a spiritual connection and induces a mindful awareness, that allows a deeper meditative experience.
