This Yin practice will honor the first day of Winter, and the longest night of the year. The practice will intentionally explore the experience of silence, stillness, mystery, and movement as an embodied expression of the Winter Season. A special sequence of yin poses, support of selected readings, periods of silence, and gentle attention to the breath, and heeling sounds from the singing bowls. Offer yourself an afternoon of quiet reflection and sacred practice as the season turns once again towards the Sun, the new, the rebirthing of Light.
