Grasslands Estates
Grassland Estates, a neighborhood in Midland widely known for THAT house and THAT street, is back at it again. Holiday lights synchronized with music from the radio create a long line down the street at one particular house. Also in this neighborhood, you’ll find coordinating decorations among neighbors, giant poinsettias, Christmas trees, and even a few surprises.
On weekends, the 40 Something Cowgirls offer horse-pulled carriage rides this Midland area for a fun light experience.
Emerald Forest Estates
While technically in Odessa, it’s on the outskirts of Odessa as you’re driving in. This neighborhood has tons of huge Christmas decorations and light displays to see that will have you and the fam in the spirit this holiday season.
Trinity Estates
This area near Wadley is full of houses with Christmas lights and decorations. Include this neighborhood in Midland on your tour.
Green Tree
What’s convenient about this Midland neighborhood is that it is one giant loop. Drive the circle and enjoy all the light displays in this neighborhood without having to backtrack.

The busy street makes it a little hard to park and watch the light show, but a best practice is to move to the left side of the road and park there.

A new house in Midland has joined the big Christmas light display. It's located on Midland Drive and is called the Bower Light Holiday Show. They match their combination of string lights, displays, and LED Christmas lights in time to a radio station.

When we say there are lights on every inch of this house, we mean it. From the tips of trees to the walkway to the front door, it’s a light wonderland over here!
This Christmas house located in Polo Estates is only a small portion of all the other decorated houses. This should definitely make it on your Christmas tour of Midland before hitting the decorated homes in Old Midland.
Metz Place
Located right across from Midland College is a highly coordinated but nevertheless, beautiful and festive street of lights. The entire street has candy canes lining the sidewalks and connecting all of the houses. The houses display beautiful decorations of Christmas lights and all the inflatable Santas you could ever want.
Before or after going to this area, go to Midland College across the street. They have a pretty campus decorated for the holidays. Keep an eye out for the grazing reindeer as the campus has moved them to a different spot this year.
